Last night, I was walking the dog. Doing what she normally does, she pooped. A lot. For a little 18 lb dog she sure is a little shitter. I mean, she made like half a fist full. Twice. And I don’t have any little girly boy hands. My hands are huge and gnarled from years of doing underpaid man’s work. Anyways.
The next day was garbage day. So, I dropped the well sealed and deoderized dog bag beside the steps leading to my side door. Plan was, bring my kitchen garbage out the next morning, drop the turd bag in, close it up and let the garbage men take it to Never Never Land. Or the dump. Whichever they take it to.
I come out this morning and guess what? It’s not there! No wind storms, though it would take a hell of a wind storm to take that load of crap away. Somebody took my dog’s poo.
Maybe a drunk kid? Maybe a depraved pervert? I don’t know. All I know is that the poo was gone.
Whatever. Not like I can’t get more.

Well here we are. The very first post in my DOAD Blog. That’s dreaming of a dollar blog. If you’re here, you probably came straight from the main website, dreamingofadollar.com. Also, if you are here, it means you’re not laughing at me, or you laughed so much you want another laugh.
What. What’s so wrong with a guy wanting a dollar? Not like you’re getting nothing, ok?
So why am I doing this? Why not? I had some extra web space and a dumb idea. And why not go to the main page and give up a dollar to see what this is all about. Hell, you don’t even need to give up a measly buck. There’s still a chat room and my de-motivational poster blog you get to look at for free, ok?
I’ve had a few very generous people already purchase friendship subscriptions. I took that money and donated it to my favorite cancer charities. You can read more on the front page of the main site.
Anyways, stay tuned. I plan on keeping all of ya’ll updated with my stupid idea.
